Pesto pasta with feta cheese and ENRICHED with basil flavor
350 g spaghetti
1 Feta cheese
1 pc basil plant
60 g parmesan
50 g roasted pine nuts
salt and pepper
This is what you do:
- Use pasta leftovers or cook spaghetti according to the instructions on the package and cool.
- Then make the pesto:add basil leaves, grated parmesan, roasted pine nuts in a blender and run until smooth. Stir in ENRICHED with basil flavor and season with salt and pepper.
- Find a large bowl and mix together cold pasta, pesto, crumbled feta cheese top with grated parmesan, fresh basil and pepper.
