These conditions apply to agreements on the sale and delivery of products to end customers in Norway.

Buyer is: The person who is stated as the buyer in the order, regardless of delivery address.
Ordering
Orders are made at www.enrichedfood.com. As a business customer, you can email hei@enrichedfood.com to place orders.
We deliver ordinary online orders only within Norway.
Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by e-mail. We recommend that you check the order confirmation and contact us as soon as possible if it does not match your desired order.
We have stock and are rarely sold out. Should it still happen that we are sold out for an item you have ordered, this item will be deleted from your order and you will be notified of this with the opportunity to change your order. We do not process backorders.
Prices
All prices are in Norwegian kroner and include VAT (VAT). The total cost of the purchase will appear before payment and includes all expenses associated with the purchase.
We reserve the right to make printing errors regarding price and information about items in our online store. Contact us if you have any questions so that we can give you the best possible help.
Personal information
ENRICHED Food AS processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Information that can be linked to you as an individual will never be made available to other companies or be linked to other external registers.
Payment
Card payment with VISA and MasterCard is a fast and secure payment method.
When you pay by card, your account will not be charged until the package has been sent. Until the package is sent, the amount is only reserved in your account, ie we have made sure that the amount is available on the day the package is sent.
If you cancel the order before the package is sent, the reserved amount will be released 1-2 working days after your cancellation.
If you cancel the order after the package has been sent, you must follow the procedure for the right of withdrawal. It will then take some time before the amount is returned to your account.
Payment in our online store is processed by Stripe, which is a secure electronic payment solution for Visa and MasterCard / EuroCard. All card information is processed in accordance with the card companies' regulations.
We also offer payment via the supplier Klarna. To pay via invoice, you must provide your social security number so that a credit assessment can be made.
When you pay by invoice, you do not have to provide credit card information and also have the option to pay after you have received the goods. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an invoice by e-mail. The payment deadline for Klarna invoices is 14 days.
Freight
All our goods are sent duty free from our warehouse in Norway. We send the goods by Bring or DHL. Standard shipping price with Bring is NOK 49, - We offer free shipping with Bring for all orders over NOK 800, -
Delivery
Order processing time is 2-4 business days. Delivery time after this will depend on where in the country you live.
The package is delivered to your chosen delivery location, and you will be notified via SMS or e-mail when the package has arrived.
Right of withdrawal and return
According to the Right of Withdrawal Act, you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you received the goods. The right of withdrawal applies if the item and the original packaging are in unchanged condition when it is returned. The refund will normally be made within 14 days after we have received and verified your return.
You / the buyer bears the risk and cost of returning to us. Send the item in original packaging well packaged.
Returns that are sent in cash are not collected from us. Remember to attach an order confirmation in addition to the completed cancellation form. You will receive a cancellation form by e-mail together with the order confirmation. If the cause is a defect in the item, please provide a clear error description. If the reason for return is an error in the item (s) or an error in the order, we will reimburse your return costs.
Right of withdrawal and return for subscription purchases
Once you have ordered a subscription, the right of withdrawal for the first delivery applies. For the subsequent deliveries in the subscription, the right of withdrawal and return does not apply since it is the same product. Shipments returned by postal order or registered mail will not be picked up. Termination or change of subscription must take place no later than 7 working days before a new scheduled shipment.
Investigation and complaint
When the products have been received, it is recommended to check that the goods have not been damaged during transport or have other defects. If there are any defects with the delivery, the buyer must notify ENRICHED Food within a reasonable time.

Returns and complaints about goods that are damaged before delivery, have deteriorated quality or broken packaging only take place through the online store.
Uncollected packages
Packages that are at the place of delivery more than 10 calendar days from the time the collection notice is sent will be returned. If you fail to pick up your package, a handling fee of NOK 300 will be deducted before the remaining order amount is transferred to your account. For orders under NOK 300, - the handling fee corresponds to the value of the order. For orders under NOK 300, - you will thus not get back the money you have paid if you do not pick up your package.
