Chicken salad

You need:

400 g chicken

4 pita breads

1 heart salt

1 handful of alpha sprouts

100 g feta cheese

3 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted

1 dl natural yoghurt

salt and pepper

Topped with

Enriched Olive oil with omega-3 with garlic flavor.

Grated parmesan

This is what you do:

  1. fry/grill the chicken and slice it. Coarsely chop the salad. Shake the pine nuts in a hot and dry pan and divide the feta cheese into cubes. Grate parmesan.
  2. Heat the pita bread if you wish. Mix together lettuce, alpha sprouts, feta cheese and pine nuts. Top with the chicken, top with a little yogurt, salt, pepper, parmesan and ENRICHED.

Serve with Pita bread and new.
