You need:
400 g chicken
4 pita breads
1 heart salt
1 handful of alpha sprouts
100 g feta cheese
3 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
1 dl natural yoghurt
salt and pepper
Topped with
Enriched Olive oil with omega-3 with garlic flavor.
Grated parmesan
This is what you do:
- fry/grill the chicken and slice it. Coarsely chop the salad. Shake the pine nuts in a hot and dry pan and divide the feta cheese into cubes. Grate parmesan.
- Heat the pita bread if you wish. Mix together lettuce, alpha sprouts, feta cheese and pine nuts. Top with the chicken, top with a little yogurt, salt, pepper, parmesan and ENRICHED.
Serve with Pita bread and new.
