Grilled lettuce with Enriched garlic

You need:

2 heart salad

4 tablespoons neutral oil

4 tbsp soy sauce

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 clove garlic, finely chopped 1 pc red chili, finely chopped

Topped with

Enriched Garlic Sesame Seeds

Chili, finely chopped

 

This is what you do:

  1.  Wash the lettuce and cut in half lengthwise. Finely chop chili and garlic.
  2. Mix together oil, soy sauce and lemon juice. Mix in the garlic and chili.
  3.  Brush the lettuce well with the marinade and grill for approx. 1 minute with the cut surface down.

Top with Enriched garlic, more chili and sesame seeds if desired
