Grilled lettuce with Enriched garlic
2 heart salad
4 tablespoons neutral oil
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic, finely chopped 1 pc red chili, finely chopped
Enriched Garlic Sesame Seeds
Chili, finely chopped
This is what you do:
- Wash the lettuce and cut in half lengthwise. Finely chop chili and garlic.
- Mix together oil, soy sauce and lemon juice. Mix in the garlic and chili.
- Brush the lettuce well with the marinade and grill for approx. 1 minute with the cut surface down.
Top with Enriched garlic, more chili and sesame seeds if desired
