A creamy dip that goes perfectly with vegetables, biscuits or bread. This can also be served as a simple side dish to hot food. Crowded with good flavors and easy to make.
Top with fresh herbs and ENRICHED Extra Virgin Olive Oil with omega-3 so you can easily add more nutrition and make the dish healthier. 1 teaspoon covers the daily requirement to maintain a normal heart, brain and eye health.
1 dl ENRICHED Extra Virgin Olive Oil with omega-3 and lemon flavor
1 block of feta cheese, room temperature
90 g natural cream cheese, room temperature
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
1 handful of basil, finely chopped
1 handful of dill, finely chopped
1 handful of chives, finely chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon peel (organic)
Salt and pepper to taste
This is what you do:
- In a food processor, crumble in feta cheese, then add cream cheese, finely chopped herbs and run to a smooth consistency.
- Add lemon juice, lemon peel, Enriched olive oil and finely chopped garlic. Run the machine a little more and finally season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately and top with more olive oil and herbs if you wish.
