Avocado toast

Yes we love avocado, and preferably on a toast! With cream cheese, chili and a little green, this is both tasty, healthy and nice to look at. Perfect for breakfast or lunch. Topped with ENRICHED olive oil with omega-3 which makes it healthier and adds extra nutrition to this toast.

You need:

ENRICHED Extra Virgin Olive Oil with omega-3 and basil flavor

Good sliced bread, preferably toasted

Avocado in thin slices

Cream cheese natural

Sliced red chili

The juice from the lemon

Sprouts and other greens for topping

Salt and pepper to taste

This is what you do:

  • Wash and clean avocado and chili. Divide into slices.
  • Shake the slices in a pan or oven. Top with avocado, cream cheese, chili, sprouts and squeeze over a little lemon.
  • Top with ENRICHED and season to taste. ENJOY!
