Red cabbage salad

Red cabbage salad is perfect for both summer and winter. Here you get a simple recipe with orange, pomegranate and walnuts. You make the dressing with ENRICHED Extra Virgin Olive Oil with omega-3 so that you can easily add even more nutrition to the salad:)

You need:

1 small red cabbage, finely chopped

2-3 oranges in boats

1 handful of pomegranate seeds

2 handfuls of coarsely chopped walnuts

2 handfuls coarsely chopped parsley leaves


The juice of half an orange

2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

3-4 tablespoons ENRICHED lemon oil with lemon flavor

salt and pepper to taste

This is what you do:

  1. Wash and clean the green. Finely chop the red cabbage, divide the orange into thin boats and coarsely chop the walnuts. Clean the pomegranate and take out approx. 1 handful of pomegranate seeds. Mix everything in a large bowl.
  1. Mix the dressing together, and season with salt and pepper.
  1. Turn the dressing into the salad and serve.
