Fresh spring rolls with ENRICHED with lemon flavor
12-15 rice paper
150 g glass noodles
2 spring onions
1 mint plant
This is what you do:
- Cut mango, carrots and cucumber into strips. Chop spring onions and mint. Boil the rice noodles according to the instructions on the package, cool and coarsely chop.
- Fill a bowl with warm water, soak one rice paper at a time for approx. 20 seconds. Place the rice paper on a damp wooden spatula and start filling them with the green.
- Fill with the greens, glass noodles and mint. Not too much, try your hand at the crowd. Roll tightly together and fold in the sides when you are a little over halfway, then roll finished.
Serve with a suitable dressing and/or top with ENRICHED with lemon flavor.Bestill nå
