Fresh spring rolls

Fresh spring rolls with ENRICHED with lemon flavor

You need:

12-15 rice paper

150 g glass noodles

2 mangoes

2 spring onions

1 cucumber

2 carrots

1 mint plant

ENRICHED with lemon flavor

This is what you do:

  1. Cut mango, carrots and cucumber into strips. Chop spring onions and mint. Boil the rice noodles according to the instructions on the package, cool and coarsely chop.
  2. Fill a bowl with warm water, soak one rice paper at a time for approx. 20 seconds. Place the rice paper on a damp wooden spatula and start filling them with the green.
  3. Fill with the greens, glass noodles and mint. Not too much, try your hand at the crowd. Roll tightly together and fold in the sides when you are a little over halfway, then roll finished.

Serve with a suitable dressing and/or top with ENRICHED with lemon flavor.
