Focaccia served with ENRICHED with garlic flavor
1 kg wheat flour, preferably tipo 00
1 bag of dry yeast
2 tsp salt
6 dl water
2 dl olive oil
4-5 sprigs of rosemary
1 handful of black olives
3 pinches of sea salt
ENRICHED with garlic flavor (can also use one of the other flavors)
This is what you do:
- Mix together all the dry. Then add lukewarm water and knead the dough until it is pliable. Cover the bowl and let it rise for approx. 45 minutes until it has doubled in size.
- Grease a baking tin with half of the olive oil, put in the dough and press it into the tin. Make small holes over the dough and spread over the rest of the olive oil. Spread over olives, a little sea salt and rosemary.
- Bake in the oven at 220 degrees on the bottom rack for approx. 25-30 minutes. Cool on a rack. Serve with ENRICHED.
