Greek classic with a twist - ideal for grilled meat and fish, vegetables and as a dip


  • 3 dl yogurt
  • 1 grated or sliced cucumber
  • 4 sliced cherry tomatoes (optional)
  • ½ ts salt
  • 1 clove finely chopped garlic
  • lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons ENRICHED with lemon flavor

  • Mix yogurt, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, garlic, pepper, salt, parmesan and lemon juice in a bowl
  • Stir 3 tablespoons ENRICHED with lemon juice into the mixture
