Greek classic with a twist - ideal for grilled meat and fish, vegetables and as a dip
- 3 dl yogurt
- 1 grated or sliced cucumber
- 4 sliced cherry tomatoes (optional)
- ½ ts salt
- 1 clove finely chopped garlic
- lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons ENRICHED with lemon flavor
- Mix yogurt, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, garlic, pepper, salt, parmesan and lemon juice in a bowl
- Stir 3 tablespoons ENRICHED with lemon juice into the mixture
