Tomato and mango salsa

An exciting and fresh accessory to hamburgers, salmon and barbecue, among other things. Mango has a high content of vitamin C and is also a source of folate that reduces fatigue.

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 ripe tomato, preferably plum tomato
  • 2 tablespoons chopped basil and parsley
  • 4 tablespoons ENRICHED with basil
  • 1 pressed lime
  • 1 fresh red chili

  • Cut mango and tomato into small cubes
  • Mix mango, tomato, chili, chopped herbs and squeezed lime in a bowl.
  • Add ENRICHED with basil flavor to taste with salt

Mix everything together
