An exciting and fresh accessory to hamburgers, salmon and barbecue, among other things. Mango has a high content of vitamin C and is also a source of folate that reduces fatigue.
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 ripe tomato, preferably plum tomato
- 2 tablespoons chopped basil and parsley
- 4 tablespoons ENRICHED with basil
- 1 pressed lime
- 1 fresh red chili
- Cut mango and tomato into small cubes
- Mix mango, tomato, chili, chopped herbs and squeezed lime in a bowl.
- Add ENRICHED with basil flavor to taste with salt
