What do you need:
1 mango, diced
1 red onion, in small cubes
1 red chili, finely chopped
2 handfuls of coriander, coarsely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 lime, the juice of
3 tablespoons ENRICHED extra virgin olive oil with omega-3 and basil flavor
This is what you do:
- Wash, clean and cut mango, red onion, chili and cilantro.
- Mix everything in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and lime.
