Mango salsa

Mango salsa can be used for everything from fish to Friday tacos, and with ENRICHED extra virgin olive oil with omega-3, it will not only be good, it will also be healthier. Simple, healthy and good!

What do you need:

1 mango, diced

1 red onion, in small cubes

1 red chili, finely chopped

2 handfuls of coriander, coarsely chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 lime, the juice of

3 tablespoons ENRICHED extra virgin olive oil with omega-3 and basil flavor

This is what you do:

  1. Wash, clean and cut mango, red onion, chili and cilantro.
  2. Mix everything in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and lime.
  3. Just before serving, mix ENRICHED with basil
