250 g small potatoes
50 g parmesan
2 tablespoons neutral oil
Coarsely chopped oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

This is what you do:
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees
- Wash the potatoes and cook tender in lightly salted water.
- Cool slightly before spreading them over a baking tray with baking paper. Use a spatula and gently squeeze them down.
- Spread over olive oil, grated parmesan, oregano, salt and pepper. Put in preheated oven and cook until golden.
