Crushed potatoes with ENRICHED with basil flavor

You need:

250 g small potatoes

50 g parmesan

2 tablespoons neutral oil

Coarsely chopped oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

Serve with ENRICHED with basil flavor

Sour cream

Fresh oregano

This is what you do:

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees

  1. Wash the potatoes and cook tender in lightly salted water.
  2. Cool slightly before spreading them over a baking tray with baking paper. Use a spatula and gently squeeze them down.
  3. Spread over olive oil, grated parmesan, oregano, salt and pepper. Put in preheated oven and cook until golden.

Serve with sour cream and ENRICHED with basil flavor
