A delicious guacamole as a tasty accompaniment to, for example, tacos, snacks, sliced vegetables - or simply on toast for breakfast
Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 1 chopped chili
- salt and pepper
- 4 tablespoons ENRICHED , garlic flavor or lemon flavor
Approach
- Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice
- Stir in lime and finely chopped garlic and chili
- Cherry tomatoes are divided into four and turned in with the oil
- Season with salt, pepper and possibly more lime
