Anyone else feeling the morning stress and a little too often skip breakfast?
Here is the rescue; A healthy and yummy banana smoothie that you make in 1-2-3!
All you need is:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 dl yogurt natural
- 1 handful of walnuts
- 5 ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon ENRICHED with lemon flavor
- Optional berry
This is what you do:
1. Add banana, yogurt, walnuts and ice cubes in a blender and run to the desired consistency.
2. Add ENRICHED and drive lightly.
3. Place berries at the bottom of the glass and top with banana smoothie and ENJOY!
