Crème fraîche dressing

Crème fraîche dressing with Enriched basil

You need:

2 dl Crème fraîche

0.5 pcs lemon, the juice of

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

1 tbsp mustard

1 handful of fresh herbs

Topping

Enriched basil

Fresh herbs

This is what you do:

1. In a bowl, mix together cre-me f., Lemon juice, salt, pepper, mustard and finely chopped fresh herbs.
2. Set cool until you are ready to serve and top with Enriched with basil
